What the warranty covers
- Film colour stays stable and does not change over time

- Resistance to air bubbles or the film separating from the glass
- Free replacement if any covered defect occurs
Not covered
- Damage from misuse or accidents
- Modification or repair by a party not approved by KMQ
- Failure to follow the recommended care instructions
Conditions for keeping the warranty valid
- Follow the recommended care instructions
- Avoid cleaning the film with harsh chemicals or abrasive tools
- Do not apply stickers or adhesive tape to the film
- A branch visit within 72 hours of installation is recommended to confirm installation quality
- Installation and repair must be carried out at approved KMQ branches only
After-sales service
If a small part of the car is scratched or damaged after installation (for example part of a fender), KMQ removes the damaged section of protection film, re-polishes the area and installs new film in its place — entirely at the centre's expense, at no cost to the customer.
If any covered defect occurs, KMQ provides immediate inspection and free repair or replacement, with no periodic maintenance required to keep the warranty valid.
